Located in the Gulf Beach Place Condo Resort, Beach Potato is steps from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The open and bright kitchen features a breakfast nook with room for four, additional seating at the counter, and access to one of the screened patios. A separate dining area offers a table for four and overlooks the comfortable living room with access to another screened patio.
The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest room includes two twin beds. Each bedroom includes a TV, and patio access. Crisp linens and plush towels are provided from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The resort offers a heated pool, shuffleboard, a picnic table, charcoal grills, undercover parking for two vehicles, and two separate beach access paths just 100 steps from your door.
Beach Potato is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, the public beach, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Very nice unit, one house from the beach. Has everything you need, unit was clean, comfortable bed, nice pool, along with everything needed for the beach.
Anna Maria Life vacations is a great rental company to work with. We were fortunate to get early check in and then we wanted to extend a couple days since it was still available, and they made this very easy to do simply through email.
I highly recommend Beach Potato, and also highly recommend booking with Anna Maria life vacations.

The proximity to the beach is perfect. We love that the pool is temp controlled so it’s refreshing even on the 90 degree days. The unit has all needed ammenities for our family of 4.

Excellent location and very cute condo. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the 2 screened in porches every day. The beach access was extremely close and we could walk to the grocery store and trolley pick area's. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. We would definitely rent again when going to AMI.

Great place to stay! This place was such a nice place to say. Steps to the beach and the pool was great! The beach equipment was great to have as well. Condo was very clean and came with everything you need for the kitchen. We loved the two enclosed balconies. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week! The unit was in an amazing location! So close to the beach, Publix, and other stores and restaurants. The pool was very nice even though we barely used it because the beach is so amazing here. We loved the condo! The kitchen was well equipped. Loved sitting on the porches. Thanks for a great week!

This is a very spacious condo that's equipped with just about everything you need to enjoy the island. We particularly enjoyed sunsets, and loved how easy it was to walk out to the beach everyday. We would return!

Beach Potato is located in the best spot of AMI. Close (120 steps) to the beach, a short walk to Publix, and the strip mall with many shops including Holy Cow Ice Cream! (Yum). The Condo is well appointed with plenty of room for four (4). The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. First time AMI, Found Perfect Location This is a perfect location! The property has one home between it and the beach! The unit was very well maintained, nicely decorated and exceptionally cleaned. There were plenty basic essentials provided to get started and we left a few things as well like sandwich bags & garbage bags that may come in handy for other guests. We were pleasantly surprised to be provided with beach towels as part of the linen service; although had brought ours along, it would certainly help with packing lighter next time. Considering there is the washer and dryer available in the unit. The beds were comfortable, my sister and daughter constantly commented on how well theirs felt and that they slept well. We were unsure about what was available in the storage unit (which to be honest - I missed even seeing in the listing) so I had rented a beach cart, cooler, umbrella & chairs which were delivered before we arrive and I had picked up immediately on our last full day before departure. There is some noise from upstairs guests but nothing that isn't bearable - I would definitely deal with it considering this location! It is literally right behind Publix, CVS, Walgreens and multiple restaurants that you can walk to in a few minutes. During the week we walked and drove the area and decided this was the perfect location! We enjoyed our stay at beach potato so much. I cannot begin to explain how nice this condo is. The location is prime and perfect for families with young children. It is very close to the beach and was easy to go back and forth. It has a small pool but was never crowded. The condo does provide chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys, all you need, even charcoal and lighter fluid. Inside my kids loved it so much. There is so much space inside, I was surprised as to the size. It was very clean and I loved the key code lock and unlock. The kitchen has everything you can think of that you would need, and you are provided with enough supplies to start you off. The bedrooms were so spacious and my kids loved the twin beds. Our main bedroom was so perfect, so very spacious and just so much room to spread out and drawers as well. The master bathroom is perfect, the new shower is amazing and we enjoyed it. I cannot say enough good things about this condo, I actually want to keep it our secret. I am already wanting to plan 2022 vacation here. Oh has covered parking which is good during rainstorms in Florida getting kids in and out. It is a quiet neighborhood which we loved. Also rental company did a great job keeping us informed during TS Elsa. I just cannot get over how great this condo was, perfect spot, spacious, and also comes with 2 lanai's with great outdoor furniture in each. Stay here, stop looking, you will be happy.

We love this place! This is our third time staying in this building and second time in this condo, although previous time was six years ago and different owners. Upgrades since last stay are beautiful. We love the location and closeness to beach and grocery store. A few rugs would be helpful so there is someplace to stretch and a couple extra bathroom hooks are needed. . All in all, nothing that dampened our stay. Furnishings are very nice and beds are good.
