This adorable Key West style townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and enjoys a convenient location right between both the Gulf and the Bay, truly giving you access to the best of the island life. Located in the Bermuda Bay Club, this home has all the perks and highlights you could possibly want. Walk through the door and journey up to the main level to be greeted by a stylish space in subdued coastal hues of white, grey, and seafoam green. Cushy seating surrounds a flat-screen TV, and a spacious coffee table makes for a comfortable gathering space, whether it’s to chat or watch your favorite TV show. This space has sliding doors that lead out to one of three patios! This property is equipped with lots of outdoor furniture for enjoying the Gulf breeze, and the patios are easily a major highlight of the home.
From here, the open-concept space includes the kitchen, done in a sleek contemporary style with smooth countertops and stainless steel appliances. Bermuda Bay is a beautiful Gulf-to-Bay property that is located directly across the street from the beach and has a large heated pool and spa and a gas BBQ grill for our guests to share. It's a quick walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful gulf beach or you can stroll down the boardwalk to the bay to try your luck at fishing, take in the scenery and wildlife or just sit and relax to enjoy the inter-coastal waterway views.
The free AMI Trolley stops out front and will take you the length of the island and back. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore the different areas of Anna Maria with shopping and dining all along the route.
