Located on Anna Maria's North End and on a canal, Island Therapy is the vacation therapy you have been looking for!
The main living level includes the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Oversized patio doors lead to the covered poolside entertainment lounge area.
Each of the four bedrooms features a king-sized bed, and two of the bedrooms include an ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The sparkling pool highlights the tropically landscaped backyard; and is complete with pool loungers and gas grill. The covered poolside lounge area features lounge furniture and a TV. and a patio dining table for six. Guests will also enjoy the oversized lawn Jenga game, corn hole, bocce ball, and the 3-hole putting green. A gas grill and picnic table add to the outdoor living space.
Relax on the dock overlooking the canal and watch for sea birds. You may also launch kayaks or paddleboards from the dock.
Island Therapy is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants and to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. This veteran owned home is the perfect location for your next beach vacation!

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island. We brought our children and grandchildren to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. When we walked into Island Therapy all we could say was "Wow." Island Therapy in person is every bit as attractive as their photos. We've stayed at other vacation rentals where, upon arrival, you see the real condition of what's been advertised. Island Therapy was clean, fresh and in great condition. In addition, the owners, Teresa and Marc have everything there to make your stay comfortable and memorable. All of the appliances, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cutlery were high quality and in like new condition. It's obvious they want you to enjoy your stay in their home. The staff at Anna Maria Island Life were very responsive, friendly and helpful. I also can't say enough about how clean the home and property was upon our arrival, immaculate. We'll be back for sure!

Outstanding home, immaculately clean, fresh and beautiful coastal decor…perfect location for walking everywhere…the amenities in the back yard were a big win for our family of seven! We enjoyed swimming, fishing, backyard meals, everything! Much love and care has gone into every detail of this lovely home on a gorgeous peaceful nook of Anna Maria! Life on the island is a dream come true! And having a home base like Island Therapy makes the trip even sweeter. Our hosts have an absolute oasis. We had everything we could have ever wanted to make our trip perfect. From the perfectly decorated and updated interior, to a backyard that could keep us entertained for hours, and the chairs on the dock for coffee and relaxing, we couldn’t have asked for more. We could walk to Bean Point or Pine Ave in a matter of a few minutes. I loved being in the quiet neighborhood. It made my week of “Therapy” just what I needed. We’re hooked and already looking to book for next year. You better get your week before I do!

Island Therapy if the perfect place to stay on Anna Maria Island! The house is immaculate and has everything you need and then some. The heated pool is perfect. We played cornhole and putt-putt right in the back yard. We sat on the dock and a family of manatees swam right up to us. I will never forget seeing them in the wild, definitely a core memory! The sunset on Bean Point was the most beautiful I have ever seen and we were able to walk there from the house. We stayed in and used the BBQ grill and just enjoyed the gorgeous outside amenities for a day and did not feel like we needed to leave at all. If you are headed to AMI stay at Island Therapy and you will not be disappointed, I can promise you that!

My family and I loved the home and all of the amenities. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. The pool was the perfect temperature and the games kept us entertained. It was so peaceful to drink our coffee by the canal each morning. We also enjoyed the canal at night because there was a light in the water that allowed us to see the fish.

Island Therapy was the perfect place to get away. Location was close enough to restaurants but just far enough away to enjoy the quite scenic views of the canal from the beautiful dock. The amenities were perfect with a washer and dryer in hand. I would have to say one of the best mattresses that I ever slept on. The outside was very well kept. Had a beautiful heated pool, along with a great patio and TV to watch your favorite college game. I would highly recommend it.

We are so thankful we found Island Therapy for our vacation getaway. This home was so perfect we hated to leave and go explore. The backyard is a paradise and had everything a resort would have. The heated pool, the putting green, a dock to fish off of and see the fish at night, and numerous yard games. The home was so beautifully decorated, and no detail was missed. The home is a perfect location to explore by foot or golf cart. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone headed to Anna Maria Island.

If there was any way to rate higher than 5 stars we would. Not only is this Island Therapy, it is Island Perfection. It is obvious the time, love and care that was put into making this inviting and comfortable for families to enjoy. The interior is everything you need from kitchen staples to family games to excellent working WIFI. The exterior is fun, beautiful, great pool, comfy furniture and even more family games and space. We thoroughly enjoyed it, recommend it and can't wait to go back.

We rented Island Therapy during the July 4th holiday week. The home was spacious, updated with modern features and decorations, and very well equipped and maintained. The back yard was the highlight of the home with its being beautifully landscaped with numerous palm trees and foliage, synthetic turf yard, putting green, and yard games, plus a lighted dock with new furniture. The covered back porch offered a great space to sit outdoors with a ceiling fan, smart tv, and new furniture. We very much enjoyed our stay and certainly recommend a stay at Island Therapy to others.

What a fabulous week we had at this home on Anna Maria Island. The home is clean, fresh (love the colors and decorations!) and in a very quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our family - loved that each room has a king bed and tv. We sat out in the dock, kayaked the canals (you can have the kayaks delivered right to the house), and cooled off in the pool several times a day. We loved being close to Bean Point Beach and many fun restaurants. Highly recommend the Waterfront Restaurant and Pizza Social. Drive down to the southern part of the island and hit the Daiquiri deck and putt putt next door. There’s a Publix nearby - we even grilled out one day. Overall fantastic vacation! Highly recommend this home!

We had an excellent time at Island Therapy! This house was the perfect home base to explore Anna Maria Island! The landscaping was maintained like a beautiful park with the night lights making the backyard almost magical! Close to Bean Point, great restaurants and a convenient beach side park for the kids just a block away at Bayfront Park. Loved fishing off their boat dock, house was incredibly CLEAN, comfortable, updated, fun games and provided everything we needed and more! Thank you!

Island Therapy was very clean and our kids had a blast in the pool, playing mini golf and looking for manatees in the backyard when we were not at the beach. Walking distance to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The family loved walking into town to get coffee and donuts and then walking and eating them on the beach before going back to the house every morning. Home was well stocked with all our basic needs. It was easy to go to the grocery store coming into town and then everything else we needed was already there. Would definitely stay again.
